Ordering and Payment Policy
Price and Payment Terms
Your total price for products and services will be in Canadian currency, and will appear on your estimate and purchase receipt. We do not accept cheque or Money Orders. Payment for products and services are made by credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). Orders are not binding upon Photohop until accepted by Photohop. A price quotation from Photohop will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Photohop reserves the right to reject any sale for any reason, including for a misprint in the price quotation or advertisement. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling or applicable sales taxes. These charges which will be added at check-out. Photohop reserves the right to adjust prices as deemed necessary for any reason whatsoever and without prior notice.

Orders are filled on a first-come, first served basis. Credit card authorization is captured and processed when you place your order.

From time-to-time, Photohop may offer time-limited, discounts and coupons to our valued customers.
Discounts may vary from time-to-time and may or may not apply to all products and services. Be certain to read the details of each promotional offering. All discounts applied are before applicable taxes and shipping. Discounts, other than gift certificates, may not be combined with any other offer. -
Shipping Policy
Shipping and Title
Photohop ships using Canada Post or various courier ground services.
Note:
Canada Post is our preferred method of shipping. Most couriers do not deliver to post office box addresses.
All shipping rates and quotes are determined based on ground courier services and are an estimate only.
Rates shown may be different than the actual charges for your shipment. Differences may occur based on actual weight, dimensions, and other factors. Certain oversized items may require special shipping and handling charges, or procedures.
Any applicable duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient.
Shipping liability (not insurance coverage) is limited to $100 unless you request a higher declared value at the time of tender. Additional shipping cost will apply.
Photohop will arrange shipping of the products to your specified address.
Title to the products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address. Your purchase receipt reflects the costs of your item including shipping and handling and, applicable taxes.
Photohop may inform you of estimated shipment dates, but will not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control. Such events may include but limited to, shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failure, or acts of God.
Should it be necessary, Photohop reserves the right to use carriers of our choosing to ship your products to your specified address.

Inspection of Products Upon Receipt
It is your responsibility to examine the product fully when received. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Photohop within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Photohop will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
Return Policy
Photohop's return period is 14 days from the date the item was received according to the cartage company's official timestamp. However, you must contact Photohop prior to making your claim for a Return Authorization. All returned items are at the expense of the receiver and must be in its original and complete packing material including any applicable certificates or documentation. The original Invoice and Return Authorization must accompany all merchandise being returned for a refund. Damaged or defective items may be repaired or reproduced at our discretion and at no additional cost to you; otherwise a refund (net of shipping cost) will be issued. Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If you fail to meet any of the above conditions, Photohop reserves the right to refuse the return. Refunds on returned items paid for by debit or credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
